My mind is like a runaway train. I have little control over others, events, and the future, but I constantly think about it. Or, I spend time thinking about all I need to do, should have done, or might happen. I am always thinking about something. It does not stop at night either. I have trouble falling asleep because I cannot shut off the thoughts. I think in the car, my shower, my walk, on the massage table, at work, and it distracts me from being productive, peaceful, and present with what I am doing.
