Here’s how it works:

  • We meet either in person or virtually
  • You have a built in accountability  between sessions if you are in need of support. Text, email or short phone call 
  • We agree upon what specific practical techniques are most effective in supporting you
  • You get clear and simple handouts to support you in your practices

Group Virtual Program

The No B.S:  Calm Living Book Club (CLBC)

cover-widgetWhen you are part of a community committed to living in the solution, you are supported in every way.  When you are guided by a compassionate, upbeat, kick-ass teacher- your progress will soar.

This ongoing program is based on Ellen’s book/CD, Splash Into Calm – a book loaded with techniques, perspectives, and stories communicated with a casual, playful approach.

There is a four-month commitment, because Ellen know that lasting improvement only comes through realistic, incremental change.

You will learn:

  • How to anchor yourself in the moment and transform knee jerk reactions into calm responses.
  • How to communicate with doctors and loved ones openly and effectively.
  • Evidence-based techniques to improve your nervous system and immune system to strengthen your overall health.
  • Practices to help quiet your relentless thoughts so you improve your memory and focus
  • How to improve your sleep and relax your body.
  • Learn how to effectively lower your pain symptoms.
  • How to balance your day and get back to having some fun.
  • Simple daily practices that are easy to incorporate in your day, anytime, anyplace.

Here is how it works:

  • We have virtual live calls two times per month. These calls will be recorded, so you can tune in if you miss a call or want a review.
  • You will be assigned a chapter from the book and a practice for each session.
  • You will receive additional handouts and practices that are not in the book.
  • There will be teaching, group discussion, and Q&A.
  • You will have a buddy to check in with for mutual support
